  • Ebook purchase: name, email, phone (via Razorpay) for order fulfilment.
  • Taxi/hotel inquiries: WhatsApp number you initiate contact from; any details you share.
  • Site analytics: anonymised Google Analytics 4 data — page views, device type, country. No PII.

2. What we do not collect

  • Aadhaar, PAN, passport or any government ID.
  • Bank card details — these go directly to Razorpay; we never see them.
  • Location beyond country-level analytics.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver the PDF you purchased.
  • To respond to your taxi/hotel inquiry.
  • To send (rarely) an email about a major update to the playbook you bought.
  • To improve content based on aggregate analytics.

4. What we do not do with it

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share it with third-party marketers.
  • We do not run retargeting ads against your data.

5. Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies for anonymous traffic analysis. No advertising cookies. You can disable analytics by using browser privacy settings or extensions.

6. Your rights

7. Children

This site is intended for adults planning pilgrimage. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
