Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied. Here is exactly when and how refunds work. Last updated June 2026.
1. Ebook (Mahakal Insider Playbook)
Full refund — within 7 days, before download
If you have purchased the PDF but not yet downloaded it (we can verify from the unique download link logs), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Partial refund — within 7 days, after download
Once the PDF is downloaded, we cannot recall the file. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of download, we will refund 50% as a goodwill gesture, no questions asked.
No refund — after 7 days
Beyond 7 days from purchase, refunds are not available.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your Razorpay order ID. Refunds are processed within 48 working hours and reach your bank account in 5-7 working days depending on your bank.
2. Taxi bookings
Advance taxi bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a flat ₹500 driver-allocation fee and the balance refunded. Same-day cancellations within 6 hours of pickup forfeit the deposit.
3. Hotel coordination
We do not collect hotel payment directly — the booking is between you and the hotel. Their refund policy applies. We will assist you in communicating with the hotel, free of charge.
4. Disputes
We resolve refund disputes in good faith. If you are unhappy with our resolution, you may escalate to Razorpay's dispute resolution process directly.
